If you aren't happy with the product upon receiving it and want a refund, please write to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
A return pick up will be initiated from our end and your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Please note that the product cannot be used in this timeframe and then returned back to us. Refunds will not be entertained in such cases.
For Cash on Delivery orders: We take 7 working days to process refunds.
For Prepaid Orders: We take 24 hours to process refunds.
For customised orders: No refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
If you have received a damaged product, and would like to get it exchanged, please do the following:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the name of the product you received along with photographs.
Call us on +91-8368820901 so that can we can address your case as soon as possible. Please note the working hours above.
Once you have communicated with us, the following will be done.
A fresh piece will be sent to you within 24 hours.
A return pickup will be initiated within 12 hours of you addressing your complaint.
Fulfilment & Delivery
Delivery timeline within India : 2-3 working days.
Customised orders : 7-10 working days.
If in the event there is a spike in the number of orders for a particular product, it could take upto 7 working days to fulfil your order.
What is the criteria for a product to be called a damaged product?
Hardware not working (Zippers, pullers etc)
Material Damage - Leather has been ripped apart on the product. Liquid Stain Marks, Holes, Tears in our Fabrics and Inner lining Materials.
What will not be accepted as a damaged product?
Dimensions or colour of the product.
The nature of materials used.
